The tension crackled between them, making it clear that their upcoming title clash will be a battle for dominance and respect. However its not clear whether the match would be 'winner takes it all' segment.
Queen of the Ring: Nia Jax Powers Through, Jade Cargill Makes a Comeback
The Queen of the Ring tournament kicked into high gear with two intriguing matchups. In the first, Naomi battled the formidable Nia Jax. The match started slow but escalated quickly. Naomi stunned the crowd with a daring maneuver, sending Nia crashing from the top rope. However, Nia Jax proved too powerful, ultimately pinning Naomi by performing her finisher, Nia won this match effortlessly and advanced the tournament.The second Queen of the ring bout featured Piper Niven going toe-to-toe with the confident Jade Cargill. Bianca Belair and Candice Lerae were too seen to perform in the ring, the match was over in a span of time by Bianca hitting her finisher KOD on Lerae and advancing to the Queen of the Ring tournament.
King of the Ring: Corbin Falters, Orton Sets His Sights on the Crown
The King of the Ring tournament also saw its share of surprises. Baron Corbin, known for his ruthless aggression, took an early lead against the high-flying Carmelo Hayes. However, Hayes, channeling his NXT spirit, surprised everyone with a stunning upset victory, leaving Corbin fuming in the ring.This match was followed by a backstage interview with Randy Orton. "The Viper," with a steely glint in his eyes, declared his unwavering focus on the King of the Ring tournament. A tense segment unfolded backstage as Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Solo Sikoa convened with Paul Heyman.
